How do I place an order?

Can I send alcohol anywhere within Australia? 

Yes you can send alcohol with the hampers to our designated delivery areas across Australia. We have a wide range of Red & White wines, Champagne, Beer, Whiskey and Cocktails on offer.

 

Can I send a hamper overseas?

Our hampers are only deliverable across Australia. 

 

How do I know if my order has been successfully placed?

Once you’ve completed your order online you’ll receive a confirmation email and tax invoice. Your order will have a tracking number you can follow.

 

Can I cancel or amend my order?

To change products or add notes to your order, you can log in to your online Farmgate Cheese Account. Alternatively you can contact us on 1300 267 673. Once an order has been dispatched however, changes cannot be made.

 

Can I track my order?

Yes. Along with your confirmation email you’ll be sent a tracking number so you can check in on your delivery anytime to see how it’s progressing.

  

Why would I choose the Build Your Own hamper option?

We highly recommend choosing from our carefully curated Artisan Cheese Box combos – our Fromager has expertly curated flavours to bring out the very best in our products. We understand however, that you might know a thing or two about cheese yourself, or maybe all you want is blue, blue and more blue cheese! That’s what building your own option is for. Please note, this option incurs a $20 assembly fee.

 

Can I place a large order for Corporate Gift Giving?

Yes! We specialise in Corporate Gift Giving, so please contact us on 1300 267 673 or fill out this form and a member of our Corporate Team will be in touch.

 

Can I order and have the hamper delivered on the same day?

It’s only possible to have same day service if you live in Melbourne Metro areas and call us by 9am to place the order. Same day delivery is not possible for online orders.
