Our Blackcurrant Jam is made using whole Tasmanian Blackcurrants, cooked slowly with a hint of fresh thyme. The tart, acidic and sweet jam is elevated with the aromatic herb making it a perfect partner to fresh Chevre, Mature Cheddar or Blue cheese.
